Limitations canceled for one month. In turn, the Federal Customs Service (FCS) will open a “green corridor” for food and non-food essentials, which are purchased by large retail chains and importers, Mishustin emphasized.
Preferential loans will be provided to merchants, the Prime Minister noted and added that supporting the trading industry is a priority in connection with the spread of coronavirus. Trading networks must have an adequate supply of essential goods.
