In the “Declaration of Goods” service in the Personal Account of an FEA participant, a function has been introduced to inform FEA participants about the requirements for completing the goods declaration regarding compliance with export control measures.
The service visualizes information about the possible attribution of the declared goods to the objects of export control, if the declared information about the EAEU HS code and the direction of movement of such products coincided with information from the checklists.
The new functionality will allow participants of foreign economic activity to learn in due time about the need to identify goods – to exercise export control at the stage prior to the submission of the goods declaration to the customs authority. This will shorten the time for customs operations and reduce the risk of violation of the law.

Informing the participants of foreign economic activity on compliance with export control requirements is carried out within the framework of the federal project “Systemic measures for the development of international cooperation and export” in order to support Russian exporters.
The serviceability of the service was demonstrated to representatives of the Russian Export Center on May 28, 2019 at the site of the Federal Customs Service of Russia.
