The share of automatically issued electronic declarations for exported goods increased from 54% to 59.8%, for imported goods – from 9.7% to 35.4% During the first half of the Smolensk customs post (Electronic Declaration Center) issued more than 88 thousand declarations for goods.
This figure exceeds the results of the same period of 2018 by 6.6%. Of the 88,000 registered DT 86.1% are declarations of imported goods.

In 2019, CEA automatically registered 84.1% of export declarations and 40.8% of import ones. Compared to last year, the percentage of auto-registration declarations increased in exports by 4%, in imports – by 5%.
The share of automatically issued electronic declarations submitted by low-risk traders to exported goods increased from 54% to 59.8%, and to imported goods from 9.7% to 35.4%. And the average time for the release of the post of risk-free batches of goods at the end of the half year was 30 minutes.
From a message on the website of the Central Customs Administration: “All this, of course, speaks of the quality work of the post officials and helps to attract new participants in foreign economic activity. So, in the first half of 2019, customs operations at the post were carried out by 3,634 participants of foreign economic activity, which is 7% more than in the same period last year. ”
As noted in the Central Technical Directorate, today the Smolensk EDC is one of the largest in Russia, not only in terms of clearance, but also in the collection of customs duties. In the first 6 months of 2019, 72.9 billion rubles were transferred to the federal budget, an increase of 19.3%.
